**Your Day to Day**
- Process prepared orders for daily shipping, via courier, truck or any other means as defined on sales or as per other approved methods.
- Provide tracking information to related parties.
- Maintain filing systems, shipping records and data.
- Work with import customs broker and carrier for speedy customs clearance.
- Receive, count and maintain inventory of goods
- Document damages for claim purposes. Communicate with suppliers for shortages.
- Execute custom tariff inbound and outbound tasks
- Maintain medical supplies for department

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of related shipping experience
- Ability to lift 40 lb boxes and to walk, climb, bend, pull and push equipment and descend stairs
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working with FedEx, UPS, DHL and freight forwarders
- Abilities to communicate effectively in English
- Bilingualism is a definite asset
- Experience with an ERP is a plus
