**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create Purchase Orders. Enter parts orders and receive parts in system. Stock the parts.
- Pick-up & deliver parts or tools as required as well as Assist with Warranty items and handle customer inquiries.
- Get quotes from our suppliers, ordering of parts and assisting the service department for the parts needed for their quotes which includes processing incoming parts orders from service technicians; processing inbound and outbound parts
- Assist with the overall building and property maintenance and with various shop & equipment Safety Inspections.
- Handle inventory control to include cycle counts of stock and assist with inventory cycle count processing and reporting.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to communicate in Canadian French and English.
- Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, both verbal and written, solid organizational capabilities and ability to complete tasks.
- Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$54,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
