- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche de magasiniers ou de magasinières pour combler des besoins à temps complet dans les installations suivantes:

- Institut universitaire en santé mentale Douglas, situé à Verdun
- Hôpital Lasalle
- Hôpital générale du Lakeshore, située à Pointe-Claire
- Centre hospitalier St. Mary, situé à Côte-des-Neiges
- Centre de soins prolongés Grace Dart, situé à Hochelaga-Maisonneuve.
- Le magasinier ou la magasinière sera responsable de réquisitionner, recevoir, stocker et faire parvenir une variété de matériaux, de fournitures et d'équipements dans la salle d'opération et/ou de faire la maintenance des dossiers informatisés de la salle d'opération.
- Le rôle principal du magasinier ou de la magasinière sera de:
- Tenir l’inventaire du bloc opératoire à jour (dépôt de fournitures stockées et non stockées);
- Recevoir les articles;
- Vérifier la quantité et la description appropriées;
- Ranger les fournitures;
- Recevoir les demandes d'articles et préparer les réquisitions;
- Interagir avec le département de la gestion des matériaux, les fournisseurs et le personnel de la salle d'opération pour se procurer des produits et commander des fournitures ;
- Aider à la coordination de l'inventaire annuel des salles d'opération;
- Effectuer d’autres travaux reliés au besoin.
- Requirements :- Doit Détenir un Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ;
- Possède de l’expérience dans des fonctions comparables (gestion stock, distribution, inventaire, expédition, réception de marchandises);
- Est en bonne forme physique (capacité physique de déplacer des charges de 25 kg sur une base régulière)
- Est capable de travailler en français et en anglais;
- Est à l’aise dans un environnement informatisé (logiciel de gestion d'inventaire);
- Détient un Word et Excel intermédiaire;
- Doit réussir un test dont le contenu est relié aux fonctions de l'emploi.
