The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Warehouse Supervisor** at DESIGNME, you will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory control, and production support. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, oversee order picking and shipping, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Warehouse**: Oversee **order picking, packing, and shipping** processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage the receiving and storage of goods, ensuring proper stock rotation and organization. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance..
- **Forklift Operation**: Safely operate forklifts to transport products to designated areas, load/unload trucks, and perform other material handling duties.
- **Order Picking**: Accurately pick products according to order specifications, ensuring correct item counts and preparing them for shipping.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock counting, organizing shelves, and managing product rotation to optimize warehouse space.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for damage, report discrepancies, and ensure only quality items are packed and shipped.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Load and unload shipments, ensuring products are securely packed and stored.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or issues immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years or relevant experience level in warehouse operations, with experience in **order picking and production supervision**.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to **manage, train, and motivate** a team.
- **Certification**: Valid forklift certification is required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or preferred weight, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Language Requirements**: Proficiency in French/English is required.
