**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Participate in the month-end and financial planning process by preparing financial management reports to support regional and functional financial management and analysis.
Carry out analysis on various financial reports, as well as summarize and present complex information in powerful management reports.
Perform variance analysis and highlight relevant elements (narratives).
Act as a reference for internal clients.
Propose and lead improvements in financial management analysis and reporting.
Collaborate on the optimization of financial planning methodologies and systems.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Curiosity combined with an excellent ability to make connections and attention to detail.
A strong grasp of and interest in financial planning and information systems.
The ability to adapt, autonomy and a positive attitude.
The ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent computer skills and good command of Excel (mandatory); knowledge of TM1 or SAP would be an asset.
