Kitchen Lead

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an indivdual with years of kitchen experience in some form of leadership position. You would be directly responsible for overseaing the kitchen and staff as well as dictating prep lists and delegating duties to other staff. You would work with the rest of the management team to create and refine multiple kitchen checklists and help refine the existing kitchen duties.
**Duties**:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Delegate duties as fit to the rest of the kitchen team
- Lead the rest of the kitchen team in preperation of each menu item
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience working in a leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food handling and food safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
