Overview:
We are seeking a Sales and Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales and Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and customer support to our owners, customers and sales team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Assist the management team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our computerized system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Assist with order entry, invoicing, and payment processing
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-24
