**Store Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the store including scheduling, retail sales, and customer service.
- Ensure that all sales and service transactions are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that employees follow established procedures to ensure that all customers are treated in an appropriate manner.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and valued at the time of sale.
- Ensure that all inventory is stored properly in the appropriate storage area.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
- Maintain an organized inventory at all times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on new products as well as used products.
- Assist with inventory control throughout the day including verifying, recording, and updating inventory levels on the appropriate system(s).
- Assist with other store related tasks as needed throughout the day including but not limited to: receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising, etc..
- Provide excellent customer service to both customers and co-workers.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or GED required (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail environment (preferred).
