**Overview**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Driver is responsible in the vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse logistics. They are responsible for transporting furniture, appliances, electronics, and other items safely and timely between the warehouse and specified locations. Operating various types of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and 26-foot trucks, is a key aspect of the role.

Additionally, Warehouse Drivers assist in loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety are essential qualities for success in this position. Excellent communication skills are also crucial for coordinating with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Driver is responsible for**:

- Drive 26-28 foot, straight, automatic truck.
- Safely and properly load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- Deliver consumer electronics, appliances and furniture into customer homes in a safe and efficient manner ensuring no damages to products or customer property.
- Provide customers with the highest level of service.
- Ensure all work performed adheres to all relevant organizational, provincial and federal safety regulations, codes and specifications.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Valid G Class Driver’s License and ability to be insured.
- Must be fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong working and customer relationships.
- Experience with mobile device.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Mature, dependable team player.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
