**The Opportunity**

We are actively seeking a **Visual Management Coordinator** to join our Continuous Improvement team at **AGI Rosenort**, a division of AGI. This position requires an individual that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and “ever changing” environment leveraging strong interpersonal skills. You will require the ability to identify and drive operational improvements at all levels utilizing a very “hands on” approach to creating value and buy-in as a change facilitator for the plant’s Lean journey.

**The Team**

We are currently a dynamic team of 2 from varied backgrounds. We collaborate closely with each other as well as the entire AGI Rosenort team. The Visuals Management Coordinator will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

**Responsibilities**

The Visuals Management Coordinator will require to complete the following but not limited to:

- Work with staff and leadership team to create visual aides i.e. tool shadow boards, workstation markings, etc. to sustain 6S practices.
- Conduct 6S training and coaching to staff when needed.
- Liaise with internal operations teams to target problem areas and work to develop solutions.
- Develop and support a lean culture across the entire operations.
- Assist with lean and business improvement projects.
- Identify appropriate metrics and measures at the process and business levels, build auto-collection of data into the process architecture, specify reporting requirements, and oversee the development and implementation of key performance indicators.
- Undertake regular audits of processes, system data and output to assure that processes, solutions and systems are being used properly and that data input is accurate.

**Qualifications**
- Results based communication style with strong impact and influencing skills.
- Bachelors in Engineering preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma certified
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
