**Job Title: eCommerce & Web Manager**
**Term: Full-Time, Permanent**
**Location: HYBRID: Work-From-Home / 1031 Bank St. Ottawa, ON**
**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Marketing, the eCommerce & Web Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CAANEO’s digital presence, including managing third-party web partnerships, optimizing digital marketing channels, and ensuring the performance of the website and online sales funnel. They lead a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and work closely with third-party vendors to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
The eCommerce & Web Manager has a strong background in eCommerce and digital marketing, with extensive experience in PPC, social media, SEM, and SEO strategies. They are proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and have hands-on experience with website management platforms like Drupal.
The eCommerce & Web Manager has a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for driving business growth through digital channels.
**Responsibilities**
Website Management:
- Ensure the CAANEO website and buyflow are performing optimally through web analytics monitoring and analysis.
- Oversee the rollout of the new Drupal website by a third-party web team.
- Represent the Marketing and Communications team for all web projects.
- Provide online recommendations and solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage GA4 integration with third-party support.
- Prioritize and evaluate stakeholder requests/support tickets for website enhancements or needs.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Look for ways to optimize the CAANEO digital sales funnel to increase sales and reduce the CPA and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
- Lead the implementation of analytics tracking and proactively analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure all tracking metrics are reporting properly.
Digital Marketing Management:
- Manage third-party web partners and digital marketing relationships.
- Supervise Digital Marketing Specialists.
- Oversee the optimization of paid and organic digital marketing channels (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage and strategize A/B Testing initiatives.
- Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities and strategies to enhance Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

Education and Experience:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of E-commerce experience
- 7+ years of Digital marketing experience (PPC, Social Media, SEM, SEO)
- 4+ years of people management
Technical Skills:
- Experience with GA4, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with SQL is an asset
- Experience working with Drupal
- Bloomreach experience is an asset
- Experience with data visualization utilizing Power BI is an asset
