** Your Role**: As the Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for maintaining excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement and the prompt resolution of issues. ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Communicate with carriers.
- Communicate with customer and customer suppliers.
- Provide updates on order inquiries.
- Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics.
- General administration task in supporting shipment document flow.
- Work on and execute tasks on customer systems.
- Coordinate shipments additional shipments with transport department.
