**Overview**:
We are seeking a Machine Shop Assistant to join our team As a Shop Assistant, you will support our shop operations by assisting with various tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with with mínimal experience in a machine shop and a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Clean and tidy shop floor area
- Material prep
- Minor machine maintenance
- Clean and stock offices and bathrooms
- Assist in quality inspection of finished products to ensure they meet specifications

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Able to speak and understand English

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:
