**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rental office

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus

As a Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth rental operations. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of customers, handle rental transactions, and contribute to the growth of our business. Please note that this position may require occasional outside sales activities and flexibility in working hours.

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
