The Pas, Canada Canadian Kraft Paper Full time

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Support Technician is responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting and support of the technical infrastructure for all manufacturing and business-related server, storage and network devices across the company.
- Support production systems hosted on IT infrastructure including thin clients and attached printers, including responding to after hour call-outs for critical production systems;
- Manage and maintain site network, firewall, VPN and related technologies;
- Manage and maintain internal and external websites including external domain management;
- Maintain and monitor site software licenses;
- Maintain network security for all IT managed systems including patching and antivirus;
- Work with external contractors and 3rd parties to maintain and update existing systems.

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience;
- Infrastructure support experience with mission critical networks and services;
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, servers, storage, mobile phones, tablets, printers, and network devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SQL;
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows and VMware vSphere;
- Experience with maintaining IP phone systems.
