As a Lead Hand at Baydo you will but are not limited to:
1. Reading blueprints and information for daily work planning

2. Coordinate and complete day to day task as directed by foreman or supervisor

3. Complete rough carpentry and finishing tasks as needed

4. Assist in checking completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size, shape, and location. Be able to adjust work as required:
5. Cut, shape, and join materials as needed

6. Assist in forming, bracing, placing rebar, concrete placement

7. Assist in erecting scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level

8. Perform other related duties as assigned

9. Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources
- 5-years experience in the construction trade
- Valid Drivers License (an asset but not required)
- Safety Training (Fall protection, Power Mobile Equipment, Rigging, etc.) (an asset but not required)
- Knowledge of all manner of construction tools and how to operate them.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
- The position requires good manual dexterity and coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.

We are Hiring Immediately

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
