Responsible for contributing to the overall success of DEI by leading, directing and motivating site sales associates and photographers, assisting with staff schedules, meeting labor goals, directing and training associates, meeting sales goals and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- This position is salaried, but also includes sales and production driven bonuses.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training staff.
- Ensures new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Supervises, monitors, and provides feedback on staff performance; recommends promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
- Supervises the operation within established guidelines for service and quality, staffing, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
- Ensure site budget requirements and financial reporting are met..
- Serves as the DEI representative with on-site partner management; builds and maintains an effective relationship with partner’s staff.
- May orient, train, assign, and audit the work of other employees to achieve desired guest service and financial results.
- Control labor costs as the site level.
- Interprets, communicates, and enforces applicable company policies and procedures.
- Ensures adherence to all state and federal laws.

**Requirements**:
**SKILL AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Proven ability to train and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and partnering skills required.
- Knowledge of current interviewing techniques and state and federal employment laws.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient computer and math skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, communicate, and fix technical problems.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
- Effective decision-making skills required.
- Ability to work prescribed hours by management, which may include weekends, holiday, and covering shifts when scheduled employees are unable to work.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience in a retail/service environment preferred.
- Interviewing and selection experience required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $54,657.00 per year
