Let's talk about the team and you:
As the Delivery Manager for DWE, (Digital Workspace Experience), you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality products and services within timelines and budgets, working with cross-functional teams, facilitating ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and working closely with product owners to define and prioritize backlogs.

This role emphasizes agile advocacy, mentorship, proactive communication, and a focus on delivering outcomes aligned with stakeholder needs.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities
- Manages and optimizes the flow of work for their teams to achieve a sustainable delivery cadence
- Requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals/deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budget and implementation.
- Utilize Jira to track project progress, status reports, project health, tasks, etc.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, leveraging Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Facilitates and coaches the team in planning sessions and other agile activities including team health monitoring and continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and shared deliverables.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Facilitates ownership of solution requirements, the break down of work into actionable tasks, and fosters personal accountability
- Drive organizational and team level initiatives to measure and improve innovation and continuous improvement
- Consistently works to ensure complete transparency on assigned transformation initiative
- Lead the team through Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and roadmaps.

Let’s talk about Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience working in a similar position, managing large global projects with cross functional teams.
- Experience working in Atlassian products, creating Jira cards, organizing backlogs and defining requirements.
- Understanding of Technology and
- Experience managing and facilitating meetings and strategy sessions. Working with cross functional teams to identify actions and objectives.
- Good analytical skills to identify risks, issues and opportunities
- Experience communicating updates and changes to stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- A mindset focused on improving processes, team performance, and personal development.
