**Position Description**

We currently have an exciting role for a Support Manager in our Espanola location.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Operating a High Pressure Water unit, Vacuum truck and other vehicles pertaining to your license in a safe and responsible manner.
- Industrial cleaning of non-hazardous and hazardous wastes.
- Working in tight or confined spaces.
- Working at elevated heights.
- Maintain a proper logbook.
- Perform load inspections.
- Ensure the daily check-in at the end of the day and ensuring that paperwork is completed and accurate.
- Complete assigned work in the allotted time.
- Delivering a variety of assorted products where needed.
- Assigning and scheduling work and equipment as required.
- Communicate with customers and clients for service.
- Supervise work sites and manpower as required.
- Visit potential worksites to assess what equipment and manpower is required.
- Maintain all paperwork, work orders, time sheets and submit in a timely manner.
- Report and relay progress, infractions, or delays to Operations Team.
- Enforce and follow safety policies and procedures.
- Additional duties may be required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum DZ Licence (preferred)
- Education in Business is considered an asset
- 2 - 5 years Supervisory experience an asset
- Experience in solid and liquid waste is considered an asset
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can work efficiently under pressure
- Bilingual French and English an asset
