H2Flow Equipment Inc. is looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our service team.

**Job Summary**

The Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater treatment equipment for municipal and industrial clients. Key duties include traveling to customer sites to verify equipment delivery, performing equipment startups and servicing, completing necessary documentation, conducting customer training, and preparing detailed startup and service reports.

**Job Duties**
- Perform maintenance, service, and commissioning of drinking water and wastewater treatment equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment such as DAF, screens, UV systems, dewatering systems, and pumps.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, including motor voltages, VFD operations, level sensors and PLC-based control panels.
- Develop, update, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programming onsite.
- Interpret and work with P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Prepare commissioning checklists, service reports, and training materials for customers.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and recommend system optimizations.
- Document deficiencies during commissioning and review them with project managers.
- Work with customers to ensure deficiencies list is completed and ensure customer requirements are met 100%.
- Perform various equipment testing and Factory acceptance of equipment prior to shipping to customer.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints by recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform work in compliance with quality management and control systems as well as relevant legislation and follow all company’s safety procedures and protocols safety procedures.
- Train with engineering and service department to learn new technologies and equipment.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Other duties as assigned to support customer and business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Technical College Diploma or technical trade
- 3-5 years previous water treatment or industrial operator experience
- Technical/mechanical aptitude, plus basic computer skills
- Electrical aptitude required
- Beneficial (but not required) previous experience with PLC programming Allan Bradley, ControlLogix/ RsLogix 500/ 5000, HMI programming, FactoryTalk View
- Ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and train, dependable and consistent.
- Willing to travel to client locations throughout Canada and US.
- Expertise in troubleshooting techniques
- Strong English and French written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be organized and able to work independently
- Valid Driver's license

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
