**ROLE**:Maintenance Planner

**REPORTS TO**:Maintenance & Engineering Manager

**LOCATION**:Annacis Island plant

We are looking for a **Maintenance Planner** to join our Maintenance team Our Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

This role is physically challenging as you will be working in a fast-paced unionized environment that requires planning, coordination of preventative maintenance, and the movement of equipment. This role gives you the opportunity to bring in best practices and processes to develop processes, KPI’s and transparency.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity
- You have a diploma, certification or degree in reliability and asset management or have equivalent experience
- You have experience in implementing CMMS systems and at least 3 years experience as a system administrator
- You have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
- You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

**NICE-TO-HAVE**
- Valid forklift license

**THINGS YOU WILL DO**
- Plan and coordinate as a team the maintenance tasks to be performed;
- Ensure compliance with the annual preventive maintenance schedule;
- Coordinate the various interventions of each department during preventive stops (team leaders);
- Plan maintenance actions in the medium and long term; Jan 10, 2023
- Plan and schedule resources according to needs and priorities (manpower, machine, etc.);
- Ensure the cohesion of the maintenance plan with the production plan;
- Collaborate in maintaining the inventory of spare parts;
- Ensure that preventive, condition-based and predictive maintenance system evolves;
- Implement the PMO cycle (preventive maintenance optimization), to ensure continuous improvement of our process;
- Align best practices in spare parts management ;
- Be guarantor of the state of health of the assets and propose optimizations to the equipment fleet to ensure maximum viability in collaboration with the reliability specialist;
- Plan and coordinate the "Shut Down" factory with the different departments;
