**Rebuild Coordinator**
**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a **Rebuild Coordinator** to join our team, based at the Irving Pulp & Paper Mill in Saint John, NB
As a **Rebuild Coordinator**, you will provide critical support to our team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that components are rebuilt to provide the highest level of reliability at competitive rates. You will also measure and report on aspects of the rebuild program such that overall performance and improvements can be monitored.
Your typical deliverables will include weekly reports indicating what is out for rebuild, as well as period reports on cost, reliability and component turn-around time.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the smooth and timely flow or repairable components from the mill to the rebuild shops and back again. Maintain all relevant documents and databases.
- Log components that have gone for service on the “Rebuild Tracking Sheet” and any other tracking documents as applicable.
- Ensure adequate information is captured for component changes, i.e: Nameplate data, installation data, failure data, etc.
- Ensure reports are saved in proper file location in the LAN.
- Enter rebuild work orders, enter/amend/approve PO’s for rebuild.
- Work to establish/document and communicate when necessary, the root cause of failure.
- Ensure the mill has documented standards for rebuildable components and that vendors adhere to our standards.
- Ensure storage and handling of components ensures highest level of reliability.
- Backfill stores supervisor during absences.
**Requirements**:
- Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Technologist or Red Seal Mechanical Journeyperson with 5+ years of experience
