Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with reviewing, issuing and cancelling capex Pos.-
- Lien waiver and insurance certificate organization and maintenance- Contracts review and approval in Sharepoint/Ironclad- Procore Contracts review and approval- Internal and external stakeholder support- Data research, compilation, and analysis- System-level data reconciliation as per request. Perform an investigation of discrepancies.- Other administrative and accounting functions necessary to perform the role

Job Requirements-
- This position requires an organized individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and to prioritize work effort, all with mínimal supervision.- Invoice review and processing experience is required- Basic understanding of construction cost accounting is required, basic GAAP understanding is preferred- Advanced level of Excel is required- Bilingualism (French and English) is desired for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with vis-à-vis across different departments in the US- Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints- Provide a high-level of commitment to customer service with co-workers and stakeholders- Skilled at solving problems and dealing with a variety of options with limited information- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form- Construction industry/ job cost experience is preferred, but not required- Data Center experience is preferred, but not required- Yardi, Procore and Power BI knowledge strongly preferred
