**Salary**: $1,913.27 to $2,342.49 /bi-weekly ($49,936 to $ 61,139 /year)

**Role Responsibilities**:
In this Spruce Grove Unit position, you will provide administrative support to Fish and Wildlife Enforcement staff throughout the Edmonton Unit.

Key duties for this role include but are not limited to:

- Providing regulatory and general information to the public relevant to fish and wildlife legislation and problem wildlife issues;
- Coordinating and preparing investigative files for court processes;
- Conducting fisheries and wildlife licensing activities;
- File/ record management;
- Maintaining occurrence reporting data and other general administrative duties.

Please note that you may be required to handle dead wildlife specimens when necessary.

**Qualifications**:
A high school diploma and three years of related experience.

**Equivalency**:
Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of: one year of experience for one year of education, OR one year of education for one year of experience.

The following are considered assets:

- Previous or current experience of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement Services directives, procedures and legislation;
- Previous or current experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe;
- Previous or current experience with record management systems;
- Previous or current experience using these government programs: 1GX, JOIN, ASPIRA, ARI, MOVES, PowerDMS and SharePoint

**Notes**:
This position will work 36.25 hours Monday to Friday. Our offices are open to the public so you must be physically present 5 days a week.
