**BRAEBON Medical Corporation** is a leading developer of sleep diagnostic products.

We require a talented, self-motivated individual to join our Production Team. This dynamic person will have responsibilities throughout the product lifecycle, including inspection, assembly, testing and troubleshooting of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies, as well as product sustaining support. Prototyping of potential NPI designs and the development of test jigs, some software may also be required. This an intermediate level position.**:

**Job Function**

In this role you will:

- Assist in the evaluation of incoming electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications and tolerances
- Conduct life tests (burn-ins) on assemblies and record and analyze results
- Create quality reports and documentation
- Build and test prototypes to specifications
- Act as a bridge between engineering and manufacturing
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electronics, PCBs, electro-mechanical assemblies
- Solder and de-solder (SMT) surface mount electronics components
- Use schematics to troubleshoot and correct failures at the component level
- Evaluate returned materials for cause of failure

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field
- Completion of a post-secondary program in a related discipline
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronic systems
- Schematics literacy and ability to isolate and troubleshoot failures
- Strong soldering and rework skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, proficiency in both written and oral English is an absolute essential requirement.
- Familiarity with CAD programs, or other electronics or mechanical design software
- IPC A 610 and JSTD certification an asset
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or six-sigma an asset
