**We are growing **Calgary Counselling Centre (CCC) changes people’s lives. For the past 19 years, Calgary Counselling Centre has been the Alberta leader in mental health services providing evidence-based counselling through feedback informed treatment, leading edge research, and training and education programs that improve mental health service delivery and client outcomes. We have well-established programs focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, and family violence and youth mental health.

We are looking for a Research Analyst with 2 or more years’ experience to join our research team. The Research Analyst is an integral part of the research team, supporting research processes from data collection to analysis and reporting. The individual will also be responsible for client database administration while documenting changes to data collection and integrating the changes into practice on a real time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**This role is focused on supporting CCC’s programs and services. The individual will**:

- **Ensure the timely and accurate collection of data, data entry, and data analysis daily.**:

- **Maintain the data file structuring, maintenance, synthesis, and reporting of results.**
- **Use Calgary Counselling Centre standards and templates to produce reports from a client, program, problem and agency level including client survey results and analysis and recommendations.**
- **Develop and/or update program logic models and theories of change.**

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human services, or research field.**:

- **Understand and perform statistical techniques for social sciences.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative clinical multidisciplinary environment.**:

- **Demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills.**
- **Strong computer skills essential, including Microsoft Applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SPSS and/or R, ideally both. Knowledge of PowerBI an asset.**
- **Minimum 1-2 years’ research experience.**:

- **A criminal record search and an intervention record check are conditions of employment.**:
