**Job title**:

- **Mainframe Technical Lead - Onsite - Hybrid (3 days office in week)**

**Must haves’ skills**
- Mainframe environment, JCL, Teradata - utilities
- SQL
- COBOL

**Nice to haves’ skills -**
- JIRA
- DB2, TVA, DevOps

**Responsibilities**
- Must Have: Proficient in Mainframe environment, JCL, Teradata - utilities, demonstrated ability
- Must Have: Good hands-on in SQL and DB2 Database experience is preferred
- Good to Have: Some exposure to COBOL, Teradata - utilities, TVA (Teradata Value Analyzer)
- Able to learn quickly and efficiently
- Ability to seek improvements to all aspects of development process and DevOps
- Experience in working in Agile environment
- Knowledge in computing in general and ability to slove technical issues
- Write effective, scalable code which is functional and maintainable
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Test and debug programs
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Assess and prioritize feature requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
- Assist the first line support team in resolving production issues when called upon
