Overview:
**Duties**:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Serve dishes to customers with attention to detail and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment used in the food industry
