Job Description:
Relevant du directeur du centre financier, le titulaire est responsable d’optimiser la performance d’une équipe de conseillers en sécurité financière. Ce poste de gestion doit assumer le leadership et la coordination de son équipe tout en s’assurant de bien accompagner les clients en adéquation avec la stratégie de Beneva.

Tu te réaliseras dans les fonctions suivantes- Orienter l’ensemble des activités de son secteur afin d’obtenir des résultats en misant sur la propulsion de la performance des membres de son équipe.- Gérer, doter, mobiliser, développer et guider les membres de son équipe.- Prendre et assumer les décisions inhérentes à son champ de responsabilités, même lorsque la situation est difficile ou ambiguë.- Orienter les priorités de l’équipe et la soutenir dans l’exécution des tâches à valeur ajoutée, pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires.- Cibler les indicateurs pertinents et savoir les décoder pour optimiser la performance.- Anticiper, cerner et faciliter la résolution de problèmes de différentes natures- Communiquer, collaborer et se coordonner avec différentes équipes de l’organisation dans le cadre de ses différentes implications avec celles-ci.-
- S’assurer de la convergence des actions de son équipe en vue de la réalisation du plan d’affaires Beneva.- Évaluer les besoins de la clientèle et s’assurer que son équipe répondent aux attentes des clients.- Recruter, accompagner, coacher et superviser les conseillers en sécurité financière sous sa responsabilité.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Cumuler 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de personnel/gestion d’équipe- Cumuler 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l’assurance individuelle et des- services financiers- Posséder une expérience pertinente en recrutement et « coaching » dans le cadre d’une équipe de ventes.- Posséder un permis en assurance de personnes et/ou en épargne collective (un atout).- Détenir un diplôme d’études universitaires- Maitriser la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
