**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing and submitting grants
- Managing a caseload of clients and ensuring we have applied for as much funding as possible that they are eligible for.
- Attending networking events for lead generation
- Closing deals with the CEO
- Collaboration on strategic planning for company growth
- Additional responsibilities as needed

**Required Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree, with specific experience in writing essays and creating arguments.
- A working knowledge of granting bodies, foundations, and funding strategies for NGO’s
- Clear communication with proficiency in English
- Exceptional communication, and project management skills
- Industry knowledge in one or more fields: Real Estate Development, Health Sciences, AI technology, Environmental Studies.
- Previous customer service experience both front-facing and B2B

**Preferred Qualifications**
- A working knowledge of the current issues the Canadian Government is looking to fund through grants. For example: affordable housing, climate change, poverty, accessibility, and political climate.
- Proficient in Google Suites
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset.

Our core hours are 10 - 3 pm Monday - Friday, with all other hours being up to your scheduling preference. As a small company that is growing, the goal is to build a team that can support themselves, and their dependants, while making a difference in the lives of the communities our clients serve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
