Accounting/customer Service Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare bank deposits
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Prior experience in accounting, customer service, or automotive industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
