Vaughan, Canada California Closets - Toronto, Ontario Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manages showroom schedules for the Design Consultants and customers, for a specific region(s).
- Assists with administrative expectations and reporting.
- Manage confirmations of all Design Consultations and Installation confirmations.
- Manages the office supply/sample inventory for showroom(s)
- Serves as first contact to greet all clients who visit our showroom, including assisting the clients and/or offering refreshments as necessary.
- Maintains an adequate supply of the Design Consultant and Showroom samples in the showroom at all times.
- Completes Installation Confirmation Calls

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- 1-2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Call center experience is a plus
- Calendar management/regional scheduling a plus
- Interior design interest or education is a plus

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Salary CA$46,000- CA$50,000
