**Job Duties & Responsibilities**: Ongoing renos at hotels & resorts, work with crew on construction of large commercial hotels & additions, work on housing development & interior design, construction salvage, industrial art, furniture restoration & repair, landscape projects.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: Commercial construction from ground up, carpentry, finish carpentry an asset, basic understanding of all mechanical, plumbing, electrical & heating, drywall/painting, heavy equipment operation an asset, team players, able to work alone, good with people & time management skills.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
