**What the job is**

We are currently seeking a **Mandarin/English** speaking **Corporate Receptionist** to join our team in Toronto, ON. to provide administrative assistance, ensure efficient operation of the office and support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen and direct phone calls and provide general support to visitors.
- Plan company meetings and events, make necessary arrangements for conference rooms, etc.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, faxes, and items for pick-up/drop off.
- Ensures operation of equipment; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
- Manages supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist with reports and presentation preparation.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Maintain contact lists and book travel arrangements for senior management.
- Perform other related general administrative and reception duties or special projects.

**Skills &Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **English and Mandarin** is a must.
- 3 to 5 years proven receptionist/administrative experience.
- Experience with office supply management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail & accuracy.
- Professional with positive attitude and friendly personality.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a strong team approach.
- Continuously demonstrate a high standard of ethics & maintain focused.
