**Spruce Lodge is a Long Term Care Facility located in the beautiful City of Stratford. We are a people first facility, providing exceptional care to our residents. We are currently accepting resumes for a permanent full time Therapy Coordinator.**

**Qualifications and Specifications**:

- Post Secondary School Diploma in Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist Assistant program, the Rehabilitation Assistant program or a degree in Kinesiology
- Related (1-2 years) experience working with seniors preferably in a LTC setting
- Passion for working with seniors and willingness to go over and above to ensure they receive the best care possible.
- Basic computer skills
- knowledge and skill when assisting resident needs relating to mobility aides and equipment requirements
- familiarity with ADP program and Veteran's Affairs
- experience with restorative dining program.

**Duties**:
¨ Provide resident specific exercises and therapeutic interventions.

¨ Engage in team and interdisciplinary meetings as required.

¨ Provide therapeutic modalities, ROM, stretching as need and under the direction of the Physiotherapist.

¨ Completion of admission evaluations, care plan review and attend admission and annual care conferences.

¨ Other duties as identified by your manager.

It is a requirement to have your two Covid vaccines plus the third booster dose for a position within Spruce Lodge.

Pay: $21.65-$24.13 per hour
