Reporting to the IT Sr. Manager, for the onsite Corporate Client Services group, the IT Analyst will work with a team to provide technical Tier II + day to day support in a Windows based environment for the Saskatoon corporate office. As a true partner to our business customers, you will provide technical support that is effective and efficient and aligns with stakeholder requirements.

**What you will do**:

- General Operational Tier 2 Desktop support including incident resolution and request fulfillment for personal computers, tablets, cellular devices, Microsoft Teams Room Systems, and other desktop peripherals
- Deploy, configure and support a variety of business software including Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 11 and networking
- Provision workstation hardware for new hires and fulfill annual hardware refreshes
- Working knowledge of security tools including Proofpoint, McAfee proxy; Crowdstrike; Cisco VPN
- Experience with Microsoft admin for Endpoint Manager, Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams
- Experience with Intune; Entra PIM
- Executive and VIP technical support
- With guidance from senior team members, support of high-profile events such as Board meetings, ELT meeting, Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Global CEO hybrid webast
- Produce events delivered with Microsoft Live Event and Microsoft Town Hall
- Meeting space configuration, support and troubleshooting
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Platform - meetings, chat, calling,
- Technical support for remote workforce
- Participate in lifecycle management of desktops and related peripherals
- Multi-function & personal printer support

**What you will bring**:

- Two-year diploma or four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- 2+ years of IT related experience supporting desktops in a Windows environment
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11, iOS, Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of networking, servers and VPN
- Experience with working with Microsoft Teams Room Systems and related audio-visual devices
- Experience with working with collaboration accessories such as webcams, headsets, speaker pucks
- Knowledge of LogMeIn remote software is preferred
- Experience with major Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong understanding of administration and configuration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Experience with Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred)
