Our Financial client in **Toronto, Ontario **is looking to hire a **BA Agile Practitioner **for a **6-months contract role with possibility of extension.**

**What you will be doing**
- Assesses, researches, analyzes, and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs.
- Recommends business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs.
- Consults and coordinates with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures.
- Leads detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues.
- Prepares and consolidates requirements documentation.
- Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
- Supports Testing by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests, and reporting of results.
- Supports Post Implementation Verification by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests (if has production access)
- Supports Product Owner with documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Contributes to the Implementation Plan
- Develops training and change management plan.
- Executes on the training and change management plan.
- Works with SMEs to identify efficiencies.
- Document processes and procedures
- Willingness to perform other duties required to meet sprint goals (training and support will be provided).

**What you will need to succeed**

**Must Have Skills**:

- 8 years+ BA/BSA Banking
- Agile and Waterfall
- Degree
- Built macros.
