**Résumé des fonctions... **:Pour fournir un service à la clientèle en effectuant les tâches assignées relatives au terminal portatif et aux modules. Cela sera accompli en effectuant les changements de prix correctement ainsi que l’affichage pour la marchandise, le processus CAP dans les emplacements de stockage, le stockage des sélections, l'achèvement du processus Travailler la section et des activités liées aux modules dans un milieu sécuritaire et propre. Cet associé travaillera comme membre d'une équipe pour planifier et exécuter stratégiquement les tâches selon la charge de travail et les fonctions d’exploitation.

Ce que vous ferez...

1. Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en accueillant tous les clients poliment et de manière courtoise, aider les clients en faisant la promotion des produits et des services, repérer la marchandise et prendre des décisions d’achats, résoudre les problèmes liés aux clients et transmettre les préoccupations, s’il y a lieu.
2. Passer en revue la charge de travail des secteurs assignés dans la succursale.
3. Effectuer les changements de prix et bien identifier la marchandise par des affiches.
4. Effectuer le processus Travailler la section : erreurs en ce qui concerne l’intégrité des modules, l'IP et la capacité par tablette.
5. Traiter la marchandise, effectuer le traitement des emplacements de stockage à l'aide du processus CAP, terminer les sélections dans le cadre du processus de disponibilité pour les clients.
6. Confirmer que les présentoirs, les fournitures et les outils appropriés sont utilisés pour faire les tâches requises.
7. Imprimer les feuilles de modules, mettre en place et finaliser les modules, mettre en place les articles-vedettes et commercialiser les secteurs saisonniers.
8. Contribuer à un environnement de travail sécuritaire, propre et sans obstacles grâce au respect des directives et des procédures de la Compagnie, y compris remplir les registres des balayages de sécurité et confirmer que les présentoirs sont sécurisés.
