Salon Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and order salon supplies as needed
- Collaborate with stylists and other salon staff to ensure smooth operations
- Promote salon services and products to clients
- All needs of the operations of salon as necessary

Qualifications:

- Must have smart serve or will get it during training
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and appointments
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with salon software or booking systems is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
