En tant que tailleur défendant l’élégance décomplexée, nous avons également créé une gamme de prêt-à-porter premium : jeans, pantalons, chinos, chaussettes, chaussures, pulls…

En pleine expansion, nous recherchons un collaborateur (très) motivé pour prendre part au développement de la marque.

Vous intégrerez une équipe jeune et dynamique pour laquelle le client et l’humain sont au centre des préoccupations. L’accueil et la qualité du service sont les atouts principaux de notre marque au même titre que l’originalité et la qualité de nos produits.

Vous contribuez à maximiser la valeur créée par nos équipes en vous assurant de l’aboutissement des projets internes. Ceci en prenant en compte à la fois les objectifs et la stratégie de marque, mais également en coordonnant les équipes exécutives.

Ce challenge vise à coordonner et faire aboutir les projets dans 3 domaines principaux :

Ceux de l’équipe marketing et communication (60%).

Le but ici est de prendre le leadership des projets liés à l’image de la marque, sa présence online et offline, la mise en place d’outils, l’évolution de notre site web, comme de notre ERP… Il faudra :

  • Faciliter la priorisation des enjeux de la marque, s’assurer que les besoins sont bien qualifiés et alignés sur la stratégie et les KPI ;
  • Coordonner les projets de marketing et de communication entre notre CMO, graphiste et community manager ;
  • Élaborer les plannings, suivre et communiquer sur les priorités de la marque, le statut et l’avancement des différents projets ainsi que les éléments de valeur associés ;
  • Faire les plans avec la direction en lien avec leurs objectifs stratégiques ;
  • Être impliqué dans le suivi pour s’assurer que le projet réponde bien aux objectifs et apporte le meilleur niveau de valeur attendu ;
  • La mission inclut également la gestion et le suivi du budget associé.

Manager les projets liés aux besoins des boutiques (30%)

La finalité ici est de faire aboutir les projets ayant pour vocation à répondre aux besoins des équipes de ventes. Tant dans la mise en place de nouveaux outils, que d’aménagements physiques des boutiques ou encore de support à la coordination des nouvelles collections. Il sera nécessaire de :

  • Travailler en coordination avec les managers des points de ventes, le country manager et l’équipe marketing ;
  • Favoriser les échanges entre les différentes parties prenantes ;
  • Mettre en avant et promouvoir les produits et services de la marque, en partageant les évolutions et fonctionnalités qui pourraient leur bénéficier et leur apporter de la valeur. Ceci afin de renforcer leur niveau de satisfaction et d’engagement des équipes ;
  • Anticiper les besoins business et fonctionnels en apportant des recommandations, spécialement au niveau digital ;
  • S’assurer d’une bonne coordination.

Prendre le lead dans l’organisation d’événements liés à la marque (salons et évènements dans nos boutiques (10%).

Nous organisons un Salon du Mariage, la mission ici est de coordonner sa mise en place, tant en amont que le jour de l’évènement.

  • Gestion de la logistique d’événements ;
  • Tâches administratives liées à l’événementiel (gestion de badges, mailings, gestion d’invitations, billetterie…)
  • Suivi des prestataires ;
  • Coordination des équipes lors des événements ;
  • Coordination, préparation, suivi et optimisation des événements ;
  • Être physiquement présent à chaque événement en tant que point de contact ;
  • Mettre en place des procédures de sécurité pour les visiteurs, prestataires et employés ;
Le profil que nous recherchons

Ce poste demande de l’autonomie ainsi qu’un attrait pour l’entrepreneuriat et les challenges. La nature de notre scale-up nous pousse à rechercher un profil de ce type, essentiel pour la réussite de la mission. Un attrait pour la mode homme est un plus.

Nous recherchons un profil ayant :

  • Un esprit entrepreneurial avec capacité d’initiative désirant faire partie d’une société en expansion ;
  • Un attrait pour les responsabilités et savoir avancer de façon autonome ;
  • Un sens accru de la planification et de l’organisation ;
  • Avoir des connaissances et idéalement une première expérience en gestion de projet et en évent management ;
  • Un bachelor ou un master (orienté marketing) et vous avez le sens du réseautage
  • Les qualités suivantes : rigueur, dynamisme, organisation et débrouillardise ;
  • Français courant (anglais et/ou néerlandais sont des atouts) et orthographe irréprochable ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et web en général. Aisance avec ODOO est un plus ;
