Communitech is a hybrid organization headquartered in downtown Kitchener, Ontario. In-person connection is important to us, so we get together regularly for special events, collaboration days and team socials, and we ask our team members to work onsite from our Kitchener facility for a minimum of 2 days a week, every Tuesday being our team-wide in person collaboration day. We are a flexible, people first environment and want to allow our people to make decisions and choices about where they work to support work life balance within clear guidelines.Reporting to the Director, Program Operations, the Reporting Specialist will oversee the successful collection/consolidation of founder and partner metrics to support reporting activities, including reporting for the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN) and ElevateIP programs.**What You’ll be Doing**

Metrics/Outcomes- Work with program team members to develop and/or maintain appropriate metrics collection mechanisms to assist with milestones, deliverables and timeline tracking-
- Ensure that all required metrics, as stipulated in contribution agreements, are being collected and consolidated in an appropriate manner- Reporting-
- Assist in the creation and submission of all program progress reports (quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and final)-
- Assist with other reporting, as required (i.e. monthly update call reporting, other government reporting, Annual President’s Report, etc.)- Surveying-
- Create and/or maintain surveys as required-
- Determine which companies need to be surveyed based on each contract and service delivery-
- Survey and follow up with all eligible companies-
- Compile survey results as per each program contract- Data analysis-
- Create or maintain dashboards to visualize program/service metrics-
- Assist with metrics and data analysis required to support storytelling and promote success stories for all programs/services-
- Assist with data analysis to recommend additional products and services to companies- General-
- Represent the D&AT team at events where required-
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with other teams within Communitech in support of the various initiatives-
- Other duties as assigned**What You’ll Bring**- 3+ years of experience in working in multi-stakeholder environments-
- Familiarity with basic survey tools (ex: Google Forms), and how to build effective surveys-
- Ability to understand the essence, importance and impact of a wide variety of technologies-
- Strong business analytics and project management skills-
- Superb Excel/Sheets and database skills-
- Broad range of experience with tools such as Google suit, and Salesforce-
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and organize activities against deadlines and changing priorities-
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy-
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels in an organization**To Apply**
