The Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Cementitious Fireproofing Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the specific niche of cementitious fireproofing, requiring a detailed understanding of the estimation process and effective project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Specialize in estimating and project management for cementitious fireproofing projects.

Analyze project plans and specifications with a focus on fireproofing requirements.

Conduct detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment specific to cementitious fireproofing.

Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure all fireproofing aspects are accurately captured in estimates.

Maintain comprehensive records of fireproofing estimates, bids, and contracts.

Proactively monitor fireproofing project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Efficiently schedule and manage fireproofing projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

What We Require:
Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, with a focus on fireproofing or related areas.

1-2 years of experience in cementitious fireproofing estimation and project management.

Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and relevant estimating software.

Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest fireproofing technologies and processes.
