We are looking for passionate, engaged individuals to join our new and growing production laboratories at our Guelph facilities. As the Quality Control Technician, your role will be to ensure our production process produces the highest quality products from our industry leading genetics that are used on farms for healthy dairy and beef herds around the world.

**What you will do**:

- Finished product quality testing including morphology, bacteriology and motility of the product
- Equipment cleaning, calibration and maintenance
- Laboratory environment monitoring to ensure temperature and other quality standards are met
- Non-conformity reporting
- Data analysis

**What you need to be successful**:

- Communication in English (written, reading and oral)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem Solving
- Analytical thought

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, agriculture or biotechnologies is preferred
- Previous experience in a quality control role
- Previous experience in a production facility is an asset
- Agriculture experience is an asset
