**Job Summary**:
As a **Line Cook**, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the consistent delivery of our delectable burgers to our valued customers. Your expertise in preparing ingredients, cooking with precision, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment will contribute to the exceptional dining experience we're known for. The Line Cook will oversee preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work. They use specialized kitchen tools to prepare essential ingredients and create finished products for the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently set up the work area before each shift, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available for a smooth service.
- Adhere to strict cleanliness, health, and safety standards to guarantee a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, maintaining uniformity, high quality, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate harmoniously with fellow kitchen staff to ensure seamless teamwork and efficient service.
- Conduct inventory assessments and communicate effectively with the chef to facilitate ingredient procurement.
- Follow established protocols for closing and cleaning the kitchen at the end of each shift, leaving it ready for the next team.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers, embodying our customer-centric values.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities on an as-needed basis, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new tasks as required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and a commitment to upholding culinary standards.
- Familiarity with delivery platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes) and POS systems (Square, Otter) is an advantage.
- Must have a valid Work Permit if not a Permanent Resident or Canadian citizen.
