Hanover, Canada Midcom (Bell Store) Full time

Midcom is an independently owned and operated Bell Dealer with stores in Owen Sound and Hanover. We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people to join our team. We offer a base wage plus commission.

Responsibilities include:

- Demonstrate an ability to promote Bell products and services
- Show a commitment to meeting and exceeding store sales performance targets
- Analyze customer needs and present value-added solutions
- Ensure that our customers leave our store with the best solutions for their needs
- Product set-up and coaching
- Attend both formal and informal training to better understand our retail store operations and keep up with company, market, and industry trends
- Support daily business operations, including processing customer transactions
- Must be comfortable with technology

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week

Day range:

- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Day shift

- Specialty store
