Goopter is seeking ambitious Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, BC. The qualified personal will drive new business opportunities through prospecting, outbound lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle.

**What we do**:
Goopter is Vancouver based high-tech company started in 2015, we’re specialized in providing the branded digital ordering & dining automation, and payment solution for businesses who are mainly targeting local customers, e.g. restaurant and retail stores, a lot of businesses are not ready for this, implies the huge market potential.

Potential market:
**The targeted businesses**:

- any business that does not have a website yet
- any business that has a website but no online ordering feature
- any business that has a website but uses 3rd party online ordering feature (they pay 20- 30% commission for each order), for Goopter online order solution, we charge a low fixed rate which will save lots of cost for the business;
- any business that has a website but single language online ordering feature, Goopter can offer a multi-language online order solution, which will benefit more customers;
- restaurants that have over 3 servers, 1000sf size for dine-in would be good for delivery robot usage;

**What You'll Do**
- Strategically identify strong potential customers for Goopter; this includes business and enterprise clients;
- Manage early stages of the sales cycle ensuring that prospects understand the value of Goopter’s platform;
- Be skilled in the art of research. Obtain a detailed understanding of company profile through meaningful business conversations and online search;
- Conduct trial, provide technical support to potential customers, sign sales contract and collect payment from clients;
- Keep track of attribution and success rates;
- Be the face of Goopter at conferences, trade shows, and marketing and sales events

**Who You Are**
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and strong business acumen; you have experience having meaningful business conversations with clients over the phone or in-person
- You are enthusiastic in B2C, B2B technology sales
- You have an existing network of customers and partners
- You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in past roles

- Passion for technology, mobile and/or e-commerce
- Experience working in a startup
- Digital marketing experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales or a similar discipline
