**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Banana Republic Back of House Associate, you will help in organization and efficiency, managing inventory processing and overall backroom strategy according to the company’s standards. Back of House Specialists work during and outside of normal business hours to receive and process shipments, strategically organize the store and the backroom, and complete other inventory-related tasks to maximize profitable product sell-through.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Organize the back of house (BOH) workspace to maximize efficiency.
- Execute inventory processing plan established by the Store Inventory Lead.
- Receive and unpack product deliveries according to the company’s standards.
- Fold, sort, and hang product to optimize space and productivity.
- Execute product transfers from BOH or product moves on the salesfloor to support store organization and presentation.
- Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store options) according to company standards.

**Qualifications**
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.
- **Must be able to work early morning (4 AM - 5 AM)**:

- Flexibility and willingness to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business
- Efficient and be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Digital literacy—desire to learn and adapt to technology needs with agility
