**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven ability to understand, speak and write English in order to communicate effectively with the travelling public and to report on incidents involving safety and/or service
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service related experience
- Demonstrated skills dealing with the public in a position which requires excellence in problem-solving, conflict-resolution and independence
- A demonstrated driving record indicating safe and responsible vehicle operation over the past 3 years (A Driver’s Abstract will be required). Driver’s Abstract must indicate any infractions, offences, convictions, demerit points or accidents
- Willing to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Successful completion of all Pre-employment Selection Testing
- Absence of any criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job - such as sitting for prolonged periods of time, using extremity motion such as reaching, gripping, push/pull of steering wheel, twisting and turning of neck, sensory/perceptual demands along with good concentration, visual acuity of 20/30 and colour vision deemed safe for driving to judge distances, fine finger movements, such as keying data into a keypad, etc.
- Meet all legislated standards governing the issuance of a CZ or BZ Licence
- Perform a complete pre-trip inspection on any unit assigned as per MTO and company regulations
- Transport passengers safely according to routes and time schedules
- Operate assigned vehicles in a safe manner in high density traffic and in all weather conditions
- Collect proper fares and check the validity of transfers/passes when applicable
- Provide information and assist passengers in a courteous manner
- Provide assistance to passengers with language barriers and accessibility needs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $21.08 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
