Systems Administrator, HR Technology

Reporting to the Director, HR Technology, the Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to provide functional and technical support for the HR technology suite, with a primary emphasis on the Learning Management System.
Key responsibilities include configuring, optimizing, and providing guidance to end-users on system functionality. This position requires strong technical skills, quality assurance, analytical aptitude, and fostering strong working relationships.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain the configuration and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) including creating course templates for all the training programs, configuring permission rules, building learning paths, course catalogs, and creating reports and dashboards.
- Offer support and training to Instructional Designers and Learning Coordinators for tasks like uploading course content, creating learner accounts, and resolving issues that may disrupt the seamless delivery of courses.
- Assist in establishing and supporting integrations between the HR Technology suite and various other systems as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and evaluate the system's capabilities to fulfill those needs and propose alternative processes for issue resolution when necessary.
- Work directly with internal teams and external partners to solve technical system issues and implement enhancement and system releases.
- Collaborate with HR Technology suite system end users, external partners, developers, IT staff and solution integrators to tackle technical system issues, implement enhancements, test solutions, review and evaluate test results, and verify that necessary corrections are applied and re-tested as needed.
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Technology platforms (Blackboard)
- Proven expertise in requirements analysis, crafting system design proposals, conduct cost/benefit analysis and perform testing to support solution development.
- Ability to foster consensus and alignment among various stakeholders within the organization to achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to SCORM, API/Web Based integration is considered a valuable asset
