Store Manager/store Assistant Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Perform a full recruitment cycle, including job posting, selecting, interviewing, onboarding and training.
- Prepare and constantly update all training materials required for all position.
- Develop and maintain a performance appraisal plan and establish a work/wage structure.
- Conduct periodic survey for job evaluations and operation understanding.
- Monitoring work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees where needed.
- Conduct periodic conference meetings with all levels of the company, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and managements.
- Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conduct investigations; maintain records; represent the organization at hearings.
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety measures across the company. Perform periodic field assessments, identify potential work safety hazards, and recommend resolutions to maintain a heathy and safe working environment
- Build and maintain healthy employee relation to achieve optimum staff retention target.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- MINIMUM 3 years of retail experiences, preferably in a grocery environment
- Result Driven
- Advanced customer focused, judgment, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Architect strategy along with leadership skills
- **Able to communicate in Both English and Chinese**
RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Maintenir la structure de travail en mettant à jour les exigences et les descriptions de poste pour tous les postes.
- Réaliser un cycle de recrutement complet, y compris la publication des offres d'emploi, la sélection, les entretiens, l'intégration et la formation.
- Préparer et mettre à jour en permanence tous les supports de formation requis pour tous les postes.
- Élaborer et maintenir un plan d'évaluation des performances et établir une structure de travail/salaire.
- Mener des enquêtes périodiques pour les évaluations des emplois et la compréhension des opérations.
- Surveiller les résultats du travail en formant les gestionnaires à encadrer et à discipliner les employés si nécessaire.
- Organiser des réunions de conférence périodiques avec tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, entendre et résoudre les griefs des employés, conseiller les employés et la direction.
- Maintenir les programmes d'avantages sociaux des employés et informer les employés des avantages en étudiant et en évaluant les besoins et les tendances en matière d'avantages sociaux ; recommander des programmes d'avantages sociaux à la direction ; diriger le traitement des demandes d'avantages sociaux ; obtenir et évaluer les offres de contrats d'avantages sociaux ; attribuer des contrats d'avantages sociaux ; concevoir et mener des programmes éducatifs sur les programmes d'avantages sociaux.
- Assurer la conformité légale en surveillant et en mettant en œuvre les exigences applicables en matière de ressources humaines ; mener des enquêtes ; tenir des registres ; représenter l'organisation lors des audiences.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers historiques des ressources humaines en concevant un système de classement et de récupération ; en conservant les dossiers passés et actuels.
- Maintenir les connaissances professionnelles et techniques en participant à des ateliers éducatifs ; en examinant les publications professionnelles ; en établissant des réseaux personnels ; en participant à des sociétés professionnelles.
- Assurer les mesures de santé et de sécurité au travail dans toute l'entreprise. Effectuer des évaluations périodiques sur le terrain, identifier les dangers potentiels pour la sécurité au travail et recommander des résolutions pour maintenir un environnement de travail sain et sûr.
- Établir et entretenir des relations saines avec les employés pour atteindre l'objectif optimal de rétention du personnel.
QUALIFICATION:
- MINIMUM 3 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail, de préférence dans un environnement
